Delivery & Returns
We offer four delivery methods:
- 90 minute delivery (from 10am-7pm only) in selected areas*
- Same Day Delivery (if ordered between Midnight and 4pm) in selected areas*
- Next day delivery
- Nationwide (flat rate posted)
* Areas available for 90 minute and same day deliveries in the Telford and Shrewsbury areas are as follows: SY1-SY6, SY11-SY13, all Telford postcodes.
We offer a 7-day return policy to all our customers.
Our Returns Policy allows you to return goods for a full refund (minus shipping charges) 7 days from the date the goods are physically received if you are not completely satisfied.
Beyond these 7 days, our Returns Policy allows you to return goods for an exchange or credit note within 10 days of the goods arriving if you are not completely satisfied.
Please note, any charges incurred for returning goods back to us are the responsibility of the customer. Postage costs are non refundable however if you wish to exchange your goods for another product, we would deliver this exchange on a Next Working Day Delivery service free of charge upon receipt of the returned goods.
Returned goods in all circumstances must be in brand new condition with all original packaging and labels; In addition, trainers should not have been tried on a hard surface, which may have scratched the soles of the shoes. Regrettably, any signs of wear will mean that the goods are deemed non-returnable. We aim to process all returns within 7 days of receiving the item.
